Contact
There is no contact form on this site, because a form would mean collecting and storing what you write. Instead there is an email address, which goes to the same people either way.
By email
Write to info@vastnotion.online. Messages are read on working days and most are answered within a few of them. If your message concerns personal information held by us, put the words "Privacy request" in the subject line so it is handled under the process described in the privacy policy, which sets a thirty-day reply commitment.
Email is kept for as long as the conversation may still need it, and in any case for no longer than twenty-four months after the last message in that conversation, unless it is needed for a legal claim. Anything you send that we do not need in order to reply is deleted where it is lawful and reasonable to do so.

Post is slower than email by some weeks, but it reaches the same company. The registered office above is the address on all four legal pages and in the footer of every page of this site.
What we can help with
- A factual error in one of the five steps, or a link that no longer resolves to the body it names.
- A question about how the course is funded, which the affiliate disclosure may already answer.
- A request to access or correct personal information we hold about you.
- A complaint about how we have handled your information, which we answer within thirty days.
- A note that something on this site is unclear, badly worded or wrong. These are genuinely useful.
What we cannot help with
We are not the publisher of any game and we have no access to anyone's game account. We cannot recover a password, restore a character, reverse a purchase, investigate a charge or pass a message to a vendor. For any of those, the publisher's own support channel is the only route, and Step 3 of the course explains where to find it in the account terms.
We also cannot give legal, financial or technical advice about your particular situation. The course points to the Australian bodies that publish free general material — the ACCC for consumer rights, Scamwatch for scam reports, the OAIC for privacy, the eSafety Commissioner for online safety and the Australian Cyber Security Centre for device and account security — and those are better starting points than we are.
