Who these terms are between

Reading the site means these terms apply to that reading. Nothing on this site requires you to register, pay or agree to anything else.

What this site is

This site publishes a five-step informational course about free-to-play desktop role-playing games, written for general readers in Australia. It is general information and nothing more.

It is not professional advice of any kind — not legal, financial, consumer, security or technical advice — and it is not tailored to your circumstances. It is not accredited training: there is no enrolment, no assessment, no certificate and no qualification, and completing the five steps confers no status on anyone. If you need advice about your own situation, consult someone qualified to give it, or start with the Australian bodies the course links to.

Accuracy, and things that change

The course is written carefully and reviewed as a set, and the review date appears in the footer of every page. Even so, the details of any third-party product — its system requirements, its prices, its account terms, its classification and what it offers for sale — are set by that product's publisher and can change at any time without notice to us.

Always check the current information on the vendor's own site before acting on anything described here. Where this site describes a product, it repeats only what that product's affiliate program states, and it does not represent the vendor.

Links to other sites

This site links to other organisations' websites, including Australian government bodies and a paid affiliate link described on the affiliate disclosure page. Those sites are outside the control of artgrafika s.r.o. We do not operate them, cannot vouch for their content, and are not responsible for what they do, what they collect or what they later become. A link is a pointer, not a recommendation of everything found at the other end.

Intellectual property

The text, layout, stylesheet and inline illustrations of this site are owned by artgrafika s.r.o. You are welcome to print the checklists for your own use or to share a link to any page. Republishing substantial parts of the text elsewhere requires written permission, which you can request at info@vastnotion.online. All brand names mentioned belong to their owners, as stated in the footer of every page.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, artgrafika s.r.o. is not liable for loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, information published on this site, or from anything on a site you reach from here.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic, where artgrafika s.r.o. is established. That choice does not displace the protections available to you as a consumer in Australia, including under the Australian Consumer Law, and does not prevent you from bringing a matter before a court or regulator in Australia where the law gives you that right.
